Came here with my girlfriends to continue celebrations for my 50th birthday. Lovely big venue with friendly staff. The food was simple but tasty. We mainly had the bubbles to drink but did try the cocktails. One called Zombie was pretty strong. The other was quite light and refreshing. We had such a great time, and I would definitely recommend this place for groups of friends if you fancy a good laugh and seeing how much you can drink in a set time!!

A lovely restaurant in the heart of London. There's a great atmosphere and feels like a lovely place to be. The menu has a great range and some delicious options. Easy to order by just ticking what you want. Service was really quick, and the portion sizes were good. Prices were good for London.

Hands down best restaurant in the world. The food is exquisite!!!!! My families favourite place to eat at as the dumplings are unreal. On average you spend around £20-30 per person but it’s soooo worth it. Nicest place to eat👍👍👍

Late lunch so not much atmosphere. Food was usual good standard but my noodle soup was warm rather than hot. Service was ok

We have eaten here as a family of 5 several times after our annual panto/ wedding anniversary outing. This time (December 2024) I suggested we try somewhere else but was overruled as previously everyone had enjoyed the restaurant. Unfortunately the service was comically and memorably bad. 40 minutes from seating to drinks and it wasn't that busy. They also missed a drink from the order. We might have ordered more food but weren't prepared to wait that long. I should have asked for the 5% service to be deducted but didn't want to wait longer as it took an age to get the bill. It was a memorable night, panto was great and we have many laughs about the restaurant. Won't be eating there again though.

Una experiencia de FIN DE AÑO bastante desagradable. Acudimos con una reserva tipo COME LO QUE QUIERAS DURANTE 90 MINT, porque queriamos degustar esta forma de cocina. EL caso es que acudimos a las 21:00 como teniamos reservado, nos explican que de toda la carta no podemos coger mas que una pequeña seleccion de platos, y qeu pidamos de poco en poco que la cocina esta saturada. Los que conocen este tipo de comida saben que se come por unidades, asi que pedimos las primeras unidades y cuando vamos a pedir las siguientes nos dicen que la cocina esta cerrada que no podemos pedir mas. Despues de discutir con el camarero, nos sacan unas unidades mas de malas formas y a los 5 mint nos dicen que paguemos y nos vayamos que el bar esta cerrado. Esto todo son las 22:00 teniendo en cuenta que el primer pedido hicimos a las 21:30 se observa el margen de lo que teniamos para comer, logicamente la segunda remesa ni poder tocar. De malas formas PAGAMOS 200 Euros de cena para irnos con un buen enfado de NOCHE VIEJA Veniamos recomendados por una web española que imagino tendra comision. ESPERO QUE NADIE MAS SUFRA LO MISMO QE NOSOTROS La calidad de la comida era justita, igual para esto es mejor la comida de la calle pero el local se ve acogedor. Igual pudiendo elegir otro tipo de comida mejora pero no creo porque los rollitos de primavera por ejemplo eran bastante justitos de calidad. Pienso que nos tendria que haber avisado del tema HORARIOS cuando hicimos la reserva hace dos meses, que hablamos por mail con ellos

We ve' been there for the 3rd time and one thing i must mention the food and most importantly the service from the coolest and extrovert guy PAUL was mind blowing..He was utpo the mark and ensure everything smoothly... Last 2 times it was good but this time service from PAUL has brought our visit into a different level... Thanks to paul and ping pong soho See you soon😊

Very bad value for money. I have never in my life left a Chinese restaurant hungry. I spent £93 for 2 adults and a child ( two drinking only water and no deserts). We received miniature dishes for eye watering prices. The food was not great either. Beef dumplings (3 tiny ones for just under £8 were cold, suggesting they were reheated rather than cooked freshly. Adamame was overcooked, far too soft. The kid's meal was tasteless and the service was slow, during the meal there was no one around. I have been before and really enjoyed myself, however, after yesterday's experience, I won't be coming back.

love that there are so many gluten free options here! i was in town for a week vacation and ate here a couple of times because i loved it so much! will go back next time i visit and will recommend to friends!

It's a surprise to bump into this dim sum restaurant. Good quality of food both in taste and presentation. Service I'd say excellent. Sushil helped servicing our table. He is humble, quick and courteous. As an old folk from Asia, I think I'm well qualified to judge Chinese food and I cannot recommend more to everyone. Try noodles in soup, char siu bun, chicken siulongbao, and don't forget the special Chinese tea. Highly recommend the oolong & lavender tea!
